I have tried for almost 4 years to prove his innocence. No one knows how dishonest our judicial system and our police force can be. The detective that did the investigation of the accident started trying to find out how he could pin this on Brandon within an hour. The hospital stated that they never accuse anyone of SBS until they have checked out all avenues. They started within 2 hours of the child arriving at the hospital. This has been the worst thing that we have ever been through. You are guilty until you can prove yourself innocent. If you are lucky enough to have enough money you may be able to do it. We are in our last appeal and I have used every bit of money that I have, my savings, my retirement My son was wrongly accused and convicted of SBS. The only way to stop mandatory health participation of any kind is to get rid of the politicians who have forgotten we even have a contstitution and that we are supposed to be a republic with a government of the people, by the people and for the people. The only way to do this is to start paying very close attention to who you are voting for - forget to play the game of the democrats and republicans - Say THW both parties, we are taking back our country by voting for the best candidate, no matter what ticket they run on. Right now we have only one candidate with a proven history of being in Washington, DC - knowing where the problem is - plans to correct the problems and a past voting history that tells us that he has resisted becoming a new world order puppet like many of the congressional members around him, has a past history of always voting within the guidelines of our Constitution and stands fast for what he believes in. This is why DR. RON PAUL is the only candidate I will vote for to be president of this country, and if his name isn't on the ballot, let's write him in. We must also vote all those others who have forgotten (or never knew because they never read it) what is in our Constitution and their voting records show it, OUT, so he will have a few other patriots to work with in turning this country around.
